03/06/2010TRAL Meet & Greet--Sycamore Creekpatd
#2561When: Sunday, March 14th - 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Where: We'll be setting up at the bottom of the new Bush Highway entrance road where it dead ends into the Lower Sycamore road. Take the Bush Highway exit off of the Beeline (Hwy 87) and turn west to the new entrance, or if you are coming up the Bush Highway, just continue across the overpass to the entrance. Take the dirt road all the way to the bottom and we'll be set up just off to your left.

Event Description:
· TRĀL volunteers will be handing out information to people as they pass by about staying on trails, safety, trash pickup, OHV decals and a bit of volunteer recruiting.

· From about 11:30 - 1:00 TRAL will fire up the grills for a pot luck lunch. TRAL will bring the grills, you bring something to cook for you and your family and bring a side dish to share. Bring your own beverages (no alcohol at the event).

· After the Meet & Greet around 2:00, groups can go on some group trail rides

Since this is both an educational event and a TRĀL social event, feel free to come to the whole thing or just part of it. If you can't make it out early, just come for lunch and a trail ride. Bring friends and family.

TRĀL volunteers, please wear your volunteer T-shirts. If you've got them, wear tan pants or shorts. Other pants or shorts are o.k. for this event also.

Interested in becoming a TRĀL volunteer?
If you are interested in becoming a TRĀL volunteer but haven't made it to a meeting or an orientation session yet, come on out and find out what TRAL is about.
