I realize this conflicts with another event but it is the best time for the 2009 Board Members to meet in order to wrap up our business and prepare to hand-off our materials to the 2010 Board.
Preliminary agenda items include:
Approval of minutes for prior Board meetings
Final expenses and deposits
Closing Treasurer's books for 2009 & preparation of annual financial statement
Club records, equipment and other items
Any suggestions that we should pass on to the 2010 Board for consideration?
